El Fuego Tacos & Burritos

We're very loyal customers. Came in to get a pick-up order and she started to run my card. I told her I had left a coupon in the car and went to get it. When I came back, she refused to reverse the transaction so I could then use my coupon. From her attitude, it was clear she didn't know how and didn't care either. Very disappointing service and as a result, we may not be back.

This is the only Mexican takeout we get through Uber eats!!! Love love the food. We ordered 10 minutes before closing once, we never do that time just got away, yet the food was still great per usual. Makes our little high hearts happy????

Use to be my favorite taco place but it’s gone down hill recently. There service was never great but it’s pretty bad now and the quality of the food is slipping. The last three times I’ve been in, we walk in to a person at the register who is just dead in the eyes and stone face, doesn’t say hi, doesn’t say one moment, doesn’t say anything. Finally we start talking to them and they say one second. Then after we get our order placed we’re nice and always say please and thank you especially now when restaurants are stressed, they just ignore us and say nothing. Then there’s 3-4 groups of people behind us and they all get there food before us. When I notice that everyone has gotten there food but us I go up and ask where our food is and then finally make it as if they were never going to unless I came and asked and not one word. No sorry for the wait, nothing. This has happened multiple times. Also the last two times I’ve been served steak tacos that are 25% charred black rock hard pieces
