I had the house special pollo fundido. It was dry white meat chicken in a flour tortilla covered with a spicy cheese sauce with rice. Both Rice and tortilla were over cooked and tasted like the ingredients were preprepared and sitting around for a long time. It tasted terrible. Vegetarian options: I saw one vegetarian option on the menu.
The waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated.
Love the margaritas. House, dirty (adds Cointreau), and sub Don Julio. One of the best you’ll have in the valley. Fantastic rustic patio and excellent fajitas. Service can sometimes be spotty and lately they’ve had the patio closed a lot or it would be 5 stars
