Food was excellent, but wait staff very poor. Didn’t check on us, forgot one entree entirely and didn’t apologize until we flagged her down after several attempts to do so. And to add insult to injury we were charged more for not paying cash! I was a server for 30 years. This was a case of very poor training. Pleasant young girl who just doesn’t know how to waitress. And no one smiles! Customer service could be much better
I went there on a weekday for a group gathering. Service was great, nice selection of beers and drinks, and food was good but took a while to come out. It is still a good local restaurant to try-out.
Food is really good here. Service is usually very good but atmosphere is interesting; varies based on the event at Rusty Nickel Brewing Company. Not always the cleanest, as the floors towards the front area were sticky. However, overall good place. Food : 5/5 | Service : 4/5 | Atmosphere : 3/5 … More
