Let me tell you a story. Story of a cocktail. Not how a cocktail came into existence but this is a story of how a cocktail is reborn every evening at this fancy bar. You walk in, the glasses straighten themselves up. You stride your way up to the bar and the bottled whiskey age themselves a few more years, just for you. You order bar tender’s choice of cocktail of the evening, who leave no stone unturned to wow your every sense. You want to enjoy the woman next to you but the mesmerizing view of the elaborate affair that is the creation of this cocktail has you focused into a singularity. You finally come out of your trance to find time stood still while this cocktail was reborn and then you realize you never got the name of the cocktail because from the moment the bar tender knew what you liked, they didn’t have to put a name to this creation. It was always for you to name this child.

Lovely little place. Beautiful to sit outside. But also nice inside. You look at the menu on the phone and order with the waiter/waitress. Staff was very nice. Restroom clean. And fish tacos very good.

I've been here several times andI have to say they are pretty consistent. However, the first time I went, the punch was REALLY good. This last time, it was a lot sweeter so I don't know if they changed up the recipe? BUT, that being said, the food was still great and this time I sat at the bar. The bartender was nice and then another one took over taking care of me who was also lovely, I just wish they would let me know when the changing of the guard happens. If you're looking for a good brunch spot or a pre/post show drink or meal, come on over to Dutch Fred's. You won't be disappointed.
