Went in tonight to 3 young girls working, they were very short staffed and were handling the drive thru and a crowd inside. One girl gave us extra ice cream and another gave us 50% off our total because of the wait. Thank you for great service despite the circumstances!
The staff was wonderful however the donuts were not. We ordered cream filled and had to look hard to find it. The photo shows all the cream in the donut. All the filled ones we got we just as bad.
I pick up Dunkin donuts all the time for business. I typically order between 4 and 6 dozen donuts. I don't think I will be back again. I want a person to take my order. Not figure out a kiosk. I have a meeting to get to, and I will be late. Nobody in the drive-through just people being lazy. This location needs to learn about customer service.
