Dunkin'

I ordered 3 dozen donuts online the day before, for a 7:30 a.m. pickup. Not only was my order not ready when I got there. They didn't have all of-the flavors I requested. No notice was given and they didn't even have bags to carry out the donuts. I will be going to another location in the future.

I finally started going back after about 3 and half years after some bad experiences. Since, I've gotten mostly pleasant service and my order has been correct. Until today that is. I ordered 2 sausage and egg wakeup wraps but the order taker misheard me and repeated back the price for 1. I said "I'm sorry, I said 2." Someone in the background then says "You said 1 my (n-word)". Offensive but it wasn't the person taking my order. They remained pleasant and corrected the order. So, I pulled around ready to just let it go. However, that same employee who was talking in the background walks up to the window saying "His (expletive) said 1" then opens it and tells me the price as if I didn't hear what she just said. So, I replied "Have a nice day" and drove off. I intend to make a complaint to corporate.
