Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered on line. My husband picked up my order he stated that they took a while to find my order. They told him to pick up the order through the drive thru. I work nights and I usually take a meal to work for my night crew. I opened the box all of the chicken was burnt and the box of fries were half full. We take care of people love ones and we get it right. Who would have thought that preparing and serving food that can be enjoyed by others would not be taken seriously. I was disappointed with this outcome ????.

If I could I would give all 0’s on everything! Customer service, atmosphere, and food is the worst! Don’t even waste your time going to this location.

Slowest, most ghetto, people ever work here. Don’t come here unless you want to wait 15/20 mins, even for a chicken sandwich lmfaoo. Never have anyyything, one time I came here they said they didn’t have no chicken! Wtff, no chicken????
