Chipotle Mexican Grill

12:15pm on a Saturday, store has no drive through, inside dining only, yet the store is closed and they are only accepting online orders. Chipotle just needs to close this one down.

I’m really not sure how this location manages to be a complete disaster so often. This was our order tonight. Take a look! The dining room itself was closed (another thing that happens frequently for seemingly no reason), so IMO, there is really no excuse to get to so, so wrong. There was no chaos from an overwhelming number of customers in store. There weren’t even people AT the store waiting for their order. It’s like they just really truly don’t care about quality control or customer experience at this location. I have resisted the urge to write bad review for this location SO many times over the last two years because I get it, there is a staffing crisis and times are tough. But look, this place was STAFFED tonight. The dining room was closed. They just don’t care. And, this isn’t the first time. It happens so frequently. Read the other reviews. One of my other favorite things was when I walked in to employees on the line literally mocking the customers waiting on their orders outs

This place is a joke. They continually provide an underwhelming experience. Three of my topping are missing, and of course are not compensated by a reasonably portioned meal. Don’t go here. … More
