Dunkin'

I cannot speak to how it is when you walk into the restaurant, I have been to the drive through every weekday morning for past 2 weeks and they have never gotten my order wrong, in fact they were faster than other Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to. But I don’t drink coffee, I have only had their bagels, donuts, sandwiches and hash browns. Only issue I had was one of the time the hash browns were burnt. That’s all.

This place has terrible customer service! They insisted on charging me a extra .25 cents for more then four ice cubes in my coffee! Couldn’t believe it. This is my second and last time going to this dd. Never again.

This has to be THEE WORST Dunkin/Baskin Robbins ever!! 5 people working, only 2 people actually working. They don’t greet you when you come in. I watched someone come in and stand by the ice cream for over minutes before being greeted. I watched 3 people walk out, tired of waiting. I heard them “not have” numerous things on the menu. I watched a girl pull her phone out her pocket, stand there and text or whatever, then stick the phone back in her pocket and get someone some donuts. Did not wash her hands, did not put on gloves…I mean this place is brand new and unable to function and be sanitary??? Whole place is being ran by teenagers. Someone needs to come in, take charge and properly train these young people.
