Dunkin'

Today, shortly after 11 am, was the THIRD time that I came and they were not taking hot food orders because they were “backed up.” They had about 4 employees or more, I looked at the screen and they only had three orders. The people they have working there now are just lazy beyond comprehension, and it used to not be like that. We went to another location where they had about 9 orders on the screen, INCLUDING DRIVE-THRU ORDERS, and they were able to take/make our order very fast with no issues, so yes, the employees’ laziness and lack of work ethic is the issue.

Not the best Dunkin but in a very convenient location. No drive thru. But the employees are always friendly and fast as they can be. Store is usually clean. Vegetarian options: Have avacado toast and grilled cheese and hash browns. Parking: Parking out front in the GoCo parking lot. Dietary restrictions: They have a variety of milks to choose from.

My favorite Dunkin. These guys do a great job, especially considering that they have to deal with Gas Station type clientele; not the usual coffee shop patrons. Keep up the great work!
