Arby's

This location has all the issues all the time. It's like the drive through people are brand new every time I come here. Credit/debit card machine is always broken it seems like. Line moving slow as molasses. Eventually I'm at the window. They have almost given me my food bag twice now, but when they check it it's wrong. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm. Watching the people inside entertaining themselves, they are good at that. Finally they give me my bag. No Arby's sauce (I asked) and she doesn't hand me my drink. 2 stars, bordering on one, ugh. That was basically a live test, I posted as it happened.

Let me start by saying, I hate being RUSHED! If the line is long that's one thing but..... no one was even behind me. I was rushed to order my food! Then I ordered a strawberry milk shake, chocolate milk shake and when I was handed my order I received a strawberry lemonade and the chocolate milkshake????????‍♀️I say, ma'am I ordered a strawberry milkshake.. the young girl preceeded to tell me, oh we don't have that so I gave you a strawberry lemomade.????lemonade.. NOW WAIT????????! I pay my money and you tell me what I want.. I was SO mad but that darn ????????lemonade was FIAH so I went on quietly.. still unsatisfied because it was GONE so fast!????????‍♀️???????? FYI: When I started with my order, I asked do you have a strawberry milkshake and the order taker said yes! Smh!

I usually love Arby's and chose them for a meal when I get a chance, but today was the WORST Arby's meal ever Stale bun, cold roast beef sandwich and very cold, greasy and soggy potato cakes. I should have checked before I left the drive through and got on the highway. If I wasn't a better person I would have thrown that s**ty meal out the window on 71 instead of waiting till I got to where I was going and found the trash can.
