Food is to die for, soooo good. And I love that they’re open so late!
Cashier did not say one single word to me. He had on a hood and was watching videos on his phone with airpods in. When I received my food, instead of mozzarella they put the nastiest mac n cheese in my calzone ever. Mac n cheese costs extra too. We will only be going to the Kent location from now on.
Ordered delivery at 7:24, and I was given a time frame of 8:24 for delivery. I never received any of my food, and each time I called in after the initial hour they kept telling 20 more minutes. I waited over two hours before finally giving up on the delivery coming, as the people on the phone kept giving excuses about not being able to track or contact their driver. I called them multiple times but they never gave a resolution or offer of a refund. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
