Doughballs Pizza

Incident happened Friday 2/26/21 around 8-10pm. Very disappointed. Employees neglectful and rude. I loved this place but, the lack of leadership and customer service skills is extremely disappointing. Put in an order through Grub Hub, Doughballs apparently received my order because I was sent a confirmation email and text saying my order was being prepared along with an estimated delivery time. I was also charged for my order and payment went through. So I waited for my order until it didn’t arrive. It was past the estimated delivery time, called Doughballs asking for an ETA. Discovered they didn’t even have my order and it was not ready (even though I received an order confirmation) and I was obviously upset. On their website they partner with 3 delivery services, one of them being GrubHub. Prices are very fair and pizza is good

I giving them a one star review for the customer service. I talked to a gentleman who when I asked for a sausage and cheese pizza laughed at me and said yes it comes with cheese in a condescending tone. I get that it comes with cheese no need to scoff at me and giggle at my expense. I worked in customer service for 10 years and never would've treated a customer the way he treated me. The pizza at this establishment is amazing and I love when we get to order from here, but between the time it takes to actually get the pizza (always over an hour even on weekdays) and this guy, I probably will not order from here again. It's a shame because like I said their pizza is good.
