Doppio Zero Concord Veranda

Celebrated my college graduation here yesterday. One of the best Italian restaurants we ate at. The calamari and shrimp was light and fresh, and we really liked the homemade tartar and homemade cocktail sauce. The thin truffle fries were light, crispy and full on the inside best paired with the homemade ketchup. The steak was big and cooked right. The squid ink pasta was so delicious and packed with seafood taste. The pancetta and cheese pizza was very soft, tasty, and melts in your mouth. Even though the fries and steak were under seasoned. In my opinion, it’s a personal preference and you can always add more salt. The service was quick (~5min). PS Don’t order entrées and appetizers all at once because they’ll come out all at the same time. Be careful, it’s delicious. We devoured everything in 20 minutes.

This place was A-MAY-ZING!!!!! The food was so delicious. Gabby recommended the La Carne Pizza it was a HIT!!!! I had the "Delizia" pasta that I modified to my taste. So I removed the cherry tomatoes and basil pesto (which I'm sure was just as delicious) and had cream sauce instead and added shrimp and chicken. Samantha, our host, was lovely, and she told us about another little gem. I look forward to checking out. The food here at Doppio Zero was reasonably priced, and they have a GREAT Happy Hour after 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. If you're in the Concord area. I suggest you go to this Familia Style restaurant for some AUTHENTIC ITALIAN CUISINE. Parking: Lots of parking but also crowded. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and family oriented.

First time here in March 2023. Had the Chef's special pizza (forgot the name), meatballs and shishito peppers appetizers. Everything was delicious. Atmosphere was nice too. Service was great. Would love to go back and try more of their menu!
