First time customer via Uber Eats catfish, shrimp, & lemon pepper wings food was very tasty much better than expected. Will order again & visit in person as well.

I must agree with the majority of these reviews, customer service is terrible. My wife and I walked in & were ready to order. The gentleman at the counter was helping another customer & didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. We waited patiently as he finished with the other customer, he finally looked at us and said...I'll be right back and went in the back.. Wait...What?? We're ready to order, where are you going.. WE WALKED OUT !!

This place use to be so delicious. We've been ordering our crawfish, potatoes, corn x sausage from there forever. Today I picked up 5lbs of crawfish spicy Cajun, 5 corn x 2 sausages. It tasted like they left it in plain unseasoned water x used entirely too much water to cook it. The only fresh item that tasted good was the corn. I called x informed them soon as we got home x ate the first piece of crawfish. The guy on the phone did not care. He presented no solution nor apology. He simply wanted me to get off the phone x get on. I'm assuming he thought I was lying but never have I ever. Like I said every order before now was phenomenal. The quality went down x so had the customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
