Pizza is completely burnt and we are unable to eat
Pizza was burnt on the bottom. Cheesy bread was burnt on the bottom. Waited 30 minutes for our pizza. And didn't see one customer.
This has happened several times now. We order online and at the designated time we come to pick up and pizza isn’t ready. This time we did a time order so they would have 2 HOURS to get the order ready. We get here and they don’t even have a ticket for our pizzas. The young man working the window bless his soul went and got the manager like he should. She finally came and told me they’re having technical difficulties would I like a cookie while I wait. I asked her how long it would be since I’ve already waited 15 minutes. She then blames the young man. I was livid. It wasn’t any of his fault! He was doing an excellent job! She gave me cookies. I gave her 15 minutes and it was ready. She told me she would watch them while they made the pizzas. A good manager would be helping and training. I don’t know what happened to this location, but it’s in dire need of help. I love Donatos, but this location is consistently terrible. The pizzas and bread were also burnt.
