Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not sure who deleted my posts but it deserves the attention. DO NOT come to this location. Terrible staffing. The girl at the front desk is horrendous. Simply just rude. I had a free coupon to get a drink and she kept saying she can’t take it. Then I asked for a manager and he honored it but was still rude as ever. I reported this location to corporate. Seriously needs new people who care about their customers. This is the only location I’ve ever been to that is so rude to their customers on top of running out of utensils in the dinning room they wouldn’t restock and grab me what I needed. Which is outrageous when other customers were granted their utensils. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. Don’t come to this location. They’ve messed up my bowl in the past as well too. This is just the cherry on top. Never coming back until things change.

Worst chipotle around. Never consistent. Stale chips or always out of chips. Workers have attitudes cause they can’t hear because of the poor design of the building. This location needs a major change cause I have tried this 3 times all different times of day within the last 2 months and all have been terrible experiences. The chipotle brand should be ashamed

Every time, I have been in this place, the staff has been completely rude. They all have bad attitudes. More worried about what's on their phones then getting orders right. Or done quickly. The last time I went in there, 2 hours latter, I was puking from both ends. I was so sick all night long. Never going back there ever again.
