Donatos is amazing but I did order a pizza a couple weeks ago that never showed up apparently the doordash driver thought it looked good and kept it because they said it was picked up it just never made it to me I don't use doordash but they said they do when they're low on drivers so just don't order a pizza at like 11:00 and expect to get it even if you are right next door. Lol I could have walked over and got my food in 10 minutes if they would have just mentioned they didn't have drivers.
Had difficulty with online order and pick up window. When i arrived at the store was told they where finishing the subs had me pull forward ro th front lot. Waited over 40 min called inside they said i was to pull back around not told the same. Order was brought out pizza was dry not much cheese and had been sitting subs where able to eat
I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order and received a confirmation email. Waited over an hour for my food to not be delivered. Called the store and was told that my food wasn’t out for delivery, then was put on hold for 10 minutes only for the employee to not come back for the phone. They took my money but didn’t give me my food. I will be calling corporate in the morning. With all the customer service complaints on here, you would’ve thought they’d shut this location down or at least fired 2nd shift because that’s when the customer service is the worst!!
