Donatos Pizza

Absolutely do not order delivery from here, they outsource delivery to door dash, it took them an hour and 20 minutes for door dash to find a driver for my order, pizza came cold and the door dasher made me go out to their car to pick my food up after she honked In my neighborhood at 10pm. After we got pizza remade it was delicious, staff in the store was okay. Definitely not my first choice for pizza in the area. Do Better Donatos

I don't know why I decided to order from here again. Don't order for delivery unless you allow at least two hours before you would like your order. I placed my order at 6:29pm for a 7:45pm delivery time. It supposedly left the building at 7:24pm. When I called door dash at 8:10pm he said my order was 20 orders away from being done so he was assigning it to another driver. Called to cancel my order but that's a joke because nobody picks up unless you want to place an order. Don't use this location.

Called twice about pizza now an hour late. The first time it rang through three cycles and somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. I waited 10 minutes and called back again. A guy answered and said they didn’t have a driver. The order would come by doorDash when a DoorDash driver took the assignment. I said I wanted to cancel the order since it had already been half an hour. He said that was fine, but then said they didn’t have an order matching my phone number. The email they sent doesn’t say what the phone number was so I don’t know if I missed keyed it. But when I said the email didn’t say what phone number I ordered it under he just hung up. Didn’t try to look it up using my phone number or my name, just hung up without saying another word.
