Waited at the window to order food. No one responded or acknowledged. Pulled up to the window only to be told to go to the back of the line obviously creating an additional inconvenience. The location wasn’t even busy. I would suggest that you actively greet your customers or at least inform your customers you will be with them momentarily.
No stars.. It's really sad to see Brentwood Plaza go to the dumps. Went to drive thru, the car ahead of us didn't order anything because they were told to wait. They left, so I pulled forward to order. No response after sitting for awhile. Defeats the purpose of being fast food. Employees were standing outside in the back, so I left. I don't recommend this location, go to the one on the corner of Goodman Ave and Galbraith rd.
Went to get a number 4 at burger King and it was Tuesday around 1:30 in the after noon the experience was great! My food was hot and fresh plus the lady at the window showed great customer service plus was very nice! Most burgers king are not as great but this one i was impressed with!
