Domino's Pizza

Unfortunately they need to close this store. Haven’t been able to get an order from this location the last 3 times I’ve tried over several weeks. Probably understaffed but they need to close this one. You won’t get pizza from here anytime soon.

Our order was two hours late and the pizza wasn't warm at all. Tried calling the store three times and waited over ten minutes each time and never got to a manager. The insane steps it takes just to get ahold of anyone to deal with this is ridiculous. I understand during these times people can be short staffed, but if you as a business decide to open then you should be held accountable for how you run your business. If you stay open then you are responsible for getting food to people.

This store used to alternate between passable and garbage, but lately it's just been garbage. Two weeks ago, ordered 2 pizzas. They took over an hour and a half to arrive room temperature, congealed, and incorrect. Dominos sent me their automatic apology email with a 50% coupon, but I wasn't particularly inclined to order again. Tonight, with my daughter in town, we figured we'd give them another shot at half price with the coupon, because my daughter loves Dominos. I submitted the order at 4:54pm. The email estimated a delivery time of 29 to 39 minutes, so, cool! They're probably not that busy! Per the tracker app it finished baking at 5:10pm. So far, so good! Then it sat, waiting for a driver. And sat, and sat, and sat. Finally, at 6:04, I called to cancel the order. The person on the phone said it was already out for delivery and couldn't be canceled.
