We placed an online order and it was canceled because, the staff claimed that they were training new people. Your training new staff at 10pm, 2 hours before closing time?! I didn’t understand.
First time using this location Nov 12th, no issues. Ordered online using the any Large 10.99 coupon, food was ready on time with little wait undoing drive thru.
Everytime I go I’m greeted by the same guy who refuses to take my order, or just says “ oh we’re out of that “ “we are too busy you’re gonna have to wait a while” very rude man it always happens to me I am beginning to think he is just racist because it’s the same white guy. I hate this place. Absolutely ridiculous.
