Domino's Pizza

I've tried to give this location a fair chance. I've ordered multiple times from them (mostly online) and the past 5 orders have had issues. The most recent 3 involved the pizza being delivered 1-2 hours later than the given time, with no apologies or offers to make up for it. For about 3 months nobody would pick up the phone, and a delivery driver even told me they don't bother to try in the store. I don't know whether the problem is the staff, management, or corporate, but this location can't get it together. The last time I ordered, it was 2 hours late and my wife and I ended up returning with fast food at the same time the delivery driver arrived.

Really great customer service, the guy who answered the phone was very helpful. I would order from here again.

At least tell me you are going to refund me instead of saying "hey your order is not in our system. Give me your address and ill be right back" and then put me on hold and never come back! Ridiculous!
