I ordered a Cobb salad. Had to pull ahead & wait.....20mins for a salad! I wanted to leave but I had already paid. They didn't even offer anything for the extra long wait. Of course I get home & there's no bacon in the salad
No one goes to Zaxby’s to eat chicken tenders with no sauce. We bought two meals and none had sauce. Sound petty? Nope. I paid for an experience that should be standard. We have to go far out of our way to get Zaxby’s so I do not accept this.
I ordered online and got to the store. My food was not with online orders. I waited 15 minutes asitger food appeared. I fi ally asked what happened to my order and they said mine was in the counter instead of with online orders and she just handed me the now cold food.
