Domino's Pizza

I ordered for the delivery and the driver named Bryce was very disrespectful he pulled into my apartment complex and hit order complete and didn't even walk to my. door or call. Mind you I was standing outside w my BF to meet him I paid online already so we called the store to see what happened wasn't rude or nothing to the employees the Manager switched to line to the driver and we were told he couldn't see the address on the reciept so he left so we were trying to tell him the correct directions and he was just trying to talk over my bf and when my bf asked him to listen he hung up on him. So we had to walk a mile to straighten the situation, cause no one called back offered a refund or to even resend the order. When we got there the manager remade our order and gave us the cold food and I didn't get a refund or a price change being that I paid for delivery. Will not spend my money at this location employees are too rude.

I have had the same issue with this store multiple times. After receiving cold pizza 3 times in a row, I took a long break from ordering from this store. I decided to give them another chance today and again received cold pizza. I understand that a lot of people may be ordering or they may not have enough drivers, but I will never understand why they insist on making the pizza and then letting it sit for 30 plus minutes waiting for a driver to be available. If you know you don't have anyone to deliver the pizza, wait to bake it until you have someone to deliver it.

Idk what happened to all the people who put bad reviews but my order came in perfectly and super quickly! The food was baked super fast and tasted delicious. The person who delivered my order was quick to arrive as well, and was polite. Maybe it’s a hit or miss sometimes but I had a good first time experience ordering from this place.
