Digs on Canal Kitchen and Bar

Who ever hired the manager who worked Sunday evening behind the bar with blonde hair male who liked to flip his bangs should really reconsider that position the gave him. His arrogance, disrespect, and attitude was something I’ve never experienced before at any other restaurant I’ve gone to in my entire existence on this world. Train your waitresses better as well as they don’t know how to communicate.

I rated it a 4 only because there was no one in the place that looked like me but nonetheless I felt welcomed; staff was GREAT!!! First time at this place, stumbled upon it while eventbrite surfing. Unsure of parking I decided to arrive early and leave straight from work; grab a bite to eat and a drink before the comedy show actually started. Unbeknownst to me, it was closed because of the comedy show; but take orders were available. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap w/tots and some fried pickles; I was going to order and sit in my car until it was time to enter but once I told (Jen) the woman who took my order that I'd be attending the show she asked my first name and immediately knew my last.....I was impressed!! She seated me at the bar and insisted that I wait there until the live band arrived and tables were ready. Excellent food and service. Our server was friendly, helpful, and quick to help us out when needed. We had party of 7, no problems at all. We'll worth the trip.
