Oh boy, let me tell you about Dickeys Barbecue in Compton! The food they serve is nothing short of a masterpiece. It all starts with their dedication to using the freshest ingredients. They make you feel the love they pour into every dish, and it shows! We decided to have our Memorial Day party catered by them. Let me tell you, their collard greens were an absolute hit! Fresh as a morning in spring, they were leagues away from the usual canned stuff. You could taste the difference with every mouthful. The ingredients they employ are impeccably fresh, a choice that in my opinion, has a profound impact on the gastronomic experience. This was exemplified during our Memorial Day party, where we had the opportunity to savor their Collard Greens, undeniably fresh and far superior to their canned counterparts. Furthermore, Dickeys Barbecue also managed to achieve the improbable. Despite my longstanding disfavor for baked potatoes, the freshness of their ingredients compelled me to reconsider

If your looking for regular Dickey's BBQ, then turn back. Right as I walked in, I was shocked! I've used the word ghetto for alot of things in my life, but nothing prepared me for this place. There posted menu is all paper. Prices have been crossed out and increased. They have bad pictures of of food (ribs, greens, and Mac & cheese) not even on dickeys brand. It's like someone is running there own BBQ shack though the dickey's location. Took them a while before anyone even say anything to me as I stood there.

$31 for a drink two sides and a small potion of meat is not worth. I could’ve got two and half foot longs at subway, and it would’ve had more meat than this. Won’t ever come back. Lucille’s BBQ is better. Texas would be ashamed
