The Habit Burger Grill

Me and daughter went here since this is new in the community. No drive thru. You walk in and no one greeted us. Mask required. Staff had theirs on. You order on a kiosks. It goes to kitchen. Took 20 mins to get our food. We also ordered a shake which they made early and it was just sitting. Booths are not big people friendly. When your order is ready they send a text to you and you get your order. I asked the gentleman was everything in my bag, he said yes. Had to ask for napkins. I walked away from counter, daughter had to remind me about the shake that was left on counter. Went back and i asked was it mine and he said yes. They have a station with peppers etc. one person waiting for his food was snacking on them while waiting. Food was ok, not as good as it could be. Shake was watery!! Wasnt happy about that. Will we be back, not sure. Better customer service should be offered.

The food was hot and fresh, The restaurant was clean, neat and in order along with the superb customer service which is something I have always appreciated since way back when I was a fast food manager 35 years ago in the Hub City. Ordering the tenderloin steak sandwich is my favorite dish every time I visit The Habit. I tend to order it with mix fries of sweet potato and regular while having the addition of caramelized onions in my sandwich. Just adds 'more' to the flavor. Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 … More
