Dewey's Pizza

The pizza at Dewey's is always exceptional -- always fresh, perfect combination of toppings, in just the right amount, and a dozen variety in their menu. They hand-toss their own dough in a glass-walled kitchen (fun for the kids to watch); it is the only crust in town I eat. And there is always enough staff to serve the customer efficiently and with a smile. It is one of only two pizzerias in STL that I give five stars.

Some of the cheapest food in the loop, and some of the best! During the pandemic, you can’t sit inside the restaurant, but he cooks the food up in a couple minutes. The sauce is incredibly tasty, but a little hot for people like me. This place is great, please check it out.

@deweyspizza If you ask anyone about their recommendations for pizza when traveling to St Louis I would bet 9 times out of 10 they would recommend Dewey's pizza and today I cashed in on that recommendation. I ordered 3, 17" pizzas and went half and half on them. The Porky Fig, Ryan's Inferno, Dr. Dre, Meatball, pepperoni and bacon. While the artesians were hard at work making the pizza the kids got a chance to see the live action and the Artisans did not disappoint. They threw flour and pepperoni and the kids and really made it entertaining to watch. Now for the taste, the combined cooked and raw ingredients to help bring a nice texture and taste to the pizza that made it one of a kind. My favorite was Ryan's inferno it was literally like eating buffalo wings in a pizza format. Great pizza spot. #pizza #explorestl #STL.
