Campisi's Restaurants | Plano

Took our kiddo out to eat for his birthday and decided to try somewhere close to home. Asked the waiter for the best things on the menu…we ordered what he recommended. The food was HORRIBLE!!! Pasta tasted like it was served in water with some power seasoning…our kid wouldn’t even eat the shrimp it was so bad! Then…when the waiter asked how the food was and we told him it was horrible….he said “sorry I should of told y’all really the only thing good here is the pizza.” !!! Total waist of money!!!

Came here for lunch with my coworkers of a Friday afternoon and I was not impressed. The hostess/waitress was passive with us and the food was mediocre at best. The food was barely warm and the sauce was spilled over the edges of the plate. There is an upcharge to change the type of sauce for your meal (which we didn't realize when we ordered). The waitress brushed us off about it and the manager then came to the table to explain. He was nice and professional about explaining it and did offer to comp the charge for that visit. Maybe this is a place that specializes in dinner, but I likely won't be back to find out.

We had a large dinner party here with a number of tables, and it worked out well. We had a special menu, including drinks, so everyone could have what they wanted. The staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was well taken care of, in a way that didn't interfere with our celebration. They had a mic for a short presentation, and the other people there didn't mind and clapped with us.
