The food was so delicious. The waitresses were so friendly . The place was very clean. 2 thumbs up. Kid-friendliness: The children there were have a very nice experience. We plan on bringing the grandchildren because of the kids menu.
Brought my family in for a bite to eat. There were a couple folks in line waiting to be seated, I was asked how many by the young lady at the front and I said 4. I asked two questions, 1 was how long was the wait and I was told 15 min. Ok no problem. 2 I asked if Denny's offered a first responder discount and she looked me dead in the eye and said oh your one of them looking for free food. First off it was a question and second I never asked for free food nor would I. I was discussed by this attitude. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told there was none? I then left with my family and went to Uncle Joe's and had a great meal. I called Denny's and was placed on hold for 18 minutes when I hung up. Terrible customer service. Unbelievable that my young children had to experience this. Never again. Waiting on a corporate return call.
Food was good. Attention from Servers was a little lacking at times, but very nice folk working here. Super Slam is exactly what I needed for $11 (with a cup of water). New menu too. (April 2023) … More
