While the pizza is thinner than Buffalo style pizza, it is not true New York style as they claim. It's still too thick and doesn't have the light, crispiness that a thin crust should. The crust was very hard and dense and a little hard to chew. As bad as the crust was, the lack of cleanliness was worse. The dining area was filthy with crumbs covering all the tables and trash and crumbs on the floor. One of the employees took her break to eat a slice and didn't even bother to clean her own table, let alone any of the others. Very dissapointing.
Delicious true NY style pizza. 5/5 recommend. Sauce to cheese ratio is perfect. The pizza itself has good flavors and the crust was perfect.
I ordered a large cheese pizza online. I wanted pepperoni on all of it and then veggies on half. Each topping was $2 more even if only for half the pie. When I got my order home I realized it was only pepperoni and cheese. I paid $6 for the veggies I didn't get, so I wasn't gonna let it go. I called them and they said to bring the pizza back and they'd remake my order. First off I'd like to know what they do to that pizza. Serve it to other customers? Cause that is gross. If the answer is throw it away, why not offer for me to keep it as a sorry for the wrong order? Either way. I got my correct pizza. Got home, and guess what? The bottom is burnt. I will not be returning.
