This Denny’s has some wonderful workers and always make you feel welcome. And I love coming to this place with my friends. But the thing is, it is always understaffed so food takes a long while to come out. Not the staffs fault, but if your hungry and your someone that gets cranky when you don’t have food right away. This dennys is not for you. If you don’t mind the wait then it’s alright diner food.
This Dennys has TERRIBLE customer service. My family and I came in for a Sunday meal and our waiter Jackie immediately started things off wrong. It took 15-20 minutes for her to even acknowledge our table. She finally comes over, we order our drinks and meals since we had plenty of time to look over the menu. About 5 minutes after we gave her our selections she comes back with the receipt lays it on the table and then leaves. I have never seen that happen at any establishment I’ve ever been to. It takes another 30 minutes for our food to come ( between us waiting, inquiring and insisting we don’t want cold food.) The food comes and what do you know. One meal is totally cold, one meal the fries are cold and I have no meal at all. At that point my sister informs Jackie the waitress that she doesn’t want the food and Jackie snatches the plate off of the table and the receipt takes it back to the kitchen and says she doesn’t care. We asked for the manger he comped the meal minus the drink
I give this place ????⭐. This place has to be the Best Denny's in the whole country. The whole place runs so smoothly, every single one of your staff is great from the little whirlwind server Melodie to the Old dude, bus boy that could out shine any youngster. To the wonderful night cook that know to make it just right and gives you a wink at the same time. It was truly entertaining watching these people work so well together as a team. And also we end up eating there 3 times that day. Breakfast was perfect. My husband needed more cheese sticks and I had the Best Cobb salad/ chicken that would rival any 4 star restaurant. Good job Keep up the good work ????
