Chili's Grill & Bar

I don’t know why all the bad reviews but our food today was good and fresh but the best was the staff’s attention and great great service tonight. The hostess was prompt and courteous. The runner was quick and accurate and Ashley, our waitress, was superb, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. The best Chili’s service I ever had! Thank you!

We ate here tonight for the second time ever hoping it would be better than the first time but sadly it was not. They’re either severely understaffed or their servers are just inattentive because it takes forever to get anything even refills. The food also comes out looking like this what is supposed to be chipotle chicken tenders is just burnt dough balls.

Just gross man, not even all this locations fault. The menus been reduced which isn't a bad thing, but they lost lots of great things. This specific location is also short on help, so about half of the already reduced menu was unavailable. Super slow service, then the meat we all got was terrible. Everything seemed like glued together meat scraps, chicken and beef both. Side salad was ridiculous too, like 8 pieces of clear/white lettuce, 3 croutons and a few cucumber slices.
