Denny's

I love this location but what really made it great was our server Angel!! She is so positive and kind, while going out of her way to make sure her guests have the best time possible in all senses. 5 stars because she truly goes above and beyond and excels at her job!! Thank you Angel!!!

The service at Denny’s is horrible! I watched our food sit up at the ready station for over 10 minutes. They are completely short staffed which makes taking care of people hard. However, there is only ever about 5 tables being served at a time at max, and still it took over 15 minutes to get drinks. Completely terrible. Food is as expected for any Denny’s. It seems that the franchise Denny’s itself is always run by terrible service who just generally do not care about the people they are serving.

I previously posted a complaint regarding the service I received from two new servers and as I suspected the issue was handled by Lupe the manager in her usual professional manner and I'm pleased to report that the Denny's management crew from the top down to Lupe regarding this slight problem were super diligent and respectful to me and I offer my sincere thanks to them for their continued professionalism and customer service. I really must say that I hope the employees at this store realize the quality of training their receiving from Lupe and how it will pay off down the road both for them and Denny's management. great job management!!
