Excellent kids meal yesterday. I learned a new fact about that its cheese fried on the curly fries. I didn't know that. Good beef meat flavor on the slider bun with horsie sauce. Milk & water to drink. Perfect amount of food. Thanks ????

Maya or Marjorie will definitely treat you, as a paying customer, like a child and roll her eyes at you when you question why an item that is way overpriced isn’t full. She claimed I was being rude to her employees, then her employee stated I wasn’t rude immediately. It’s amazing how much a fast food employee will argue with you over a legitimate mistake. That or apparently arbys needs to penny pinch, even tho they pay their employees minimum and charge us like it’s not fast food.

I don't understand why we as consumers continue to visit restaurants that have lost their great food service let alone write bad reviews because nothing ever changes due to having customers that except mediocre food and we pay more than regular fast food prices for slop. All they do is replace your order with more of the same slop and truly think they did something great when it was there fault in the first place, make the food good when we order (simple). People want consistent great food everytime. Let's face it fast food staff could care less and they mock you as a customer when you have an issue, there is no care on how they serve food to paying customers, I'd love to see how their food is prepared when they eat there I'm sure it's a very different experience for them they get what we as consumers should also get unless they enjoy mediocre food as well. Never again will this location get my business and trust me they could care less when guest say that. Toodles!
