Denny's

Some friends and I went in there late tonight, and we were completely Shocked with how the "Manager " refused to handle things. Let me just say, as someone who managed a customer service venu. This is not how you treat your staff, or your customers. When we arrived, "Steff the Manager " seated us. But after that, this poor waitress (who honestly SHOULD BE the Manager) came over to take our orders. She was pleasant, kind, and you could tell overworked, and stressed. I had asked her if she was new from the turnover rate at this location. And I was appalled at what she had said! She was supposed to be there temporarily from the Riverdale location, with a promise of a raise. And they are giving her the same 5.00 hourly they give EVERYONE at Dennys location's for working graveyards. Also, when she put in our order. It took almost an hour for our food to come and mine was completely missed by the cook. So another 20 minutes to get my pancakes (which we're rubbery and cooked by the Manager)

The place smelled super gross when we went to go pick up our food, the portions were lazy and super small. It wasn't worth the money we spent there. And the staff was snobby and rude as hell.

Not only was our food and service at this location superb, but while we were eating a server began having a seizure and the response from staff blew me away. Everyone dropped what they were doing and rushed to the woman's aid. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the name of the manager who came running to help, but she deserves a raise for the way she handled the situation. There aren't many people, especially in fast food, that genuinely care for their employees anymore, but this manager displayed true caring and heroism to help her employee. Thank you Denny's for having such an amazing and caring staff!
