The chef need more training on cooking the steak. Ordered medium rare, got it raw. Server said it’s medium rare. Offer to make it medium, got it again, Well done. Waste of steak. My server was great though though. It was busy Saturday noon but she hurry to get everyone ordered.

I'm not a fan of the chain diners but we wanted pancakes and this location was nearby with no wait. We arrived were greeted and seated in about 5 minutes. Our waiter arrived and took our drink order in about 2 minutes. The place was clean I even checked the creases of the booth cause that's just what I do. Anywho we placed our order and our food arrived in approximately 10 minutes and prepared just as we ordered it. My over medium eggs were perfect as were my hash browns, my daughter states her food was made perfectly as well. Our waiter was AMAZING treated us as if we were his only table. I see the ratings for this location aren't great but my experience was A+ maybe give them another try, I can say we'll definitely return.

Rafael was absolutely rude, i waited half a hour for a pick up order which I patiently waited. I asked for a sauce after & he said “ok just a moment” & proceeded to ignore me, instead took another customers order that came AFTER me. Would not come back, food is alright but service is disgusting.
