Denny's

Came in around 2ish. I just wanted a milkshake. No one was in the front at all. A guy came in after and had to yell hello before someone came out to help. The guy must be new cause he took so long to help us. Another lady came out and helped me. Took another probably 15-20 minutes just for one shake ???? (on top of all the previous waiting time). Not super happy about that.

We had excellent service. The Denny's at 5175 Blue Diamond Rd. Has an excellent staff. Our server Yanuri was so friendly and made us feel welcomed. Our food was delicious and came out pretty quick even though the dining room was filled. A couple of days before we stopped at the Denny's on Tropicana and Eastern, terrible server with a terrible attitude. None of the tables had napkins or cutlery. We ordered an appetizer, she brings it. No napkins or cutlery with it. Then she disappears. I had to get up and ask for napkins, she gave them to me but the look on her face was like What do you want now?! Then she brought out our food with just a knife on the plate. And again no cutlery. No forks, no spoons. I had to get up again and go ask for cutlery because she disappeared again for over 10 mins. I just said forget it give us a box we'll just take it home. always great service, always a great smile. I eat here alone every other Monday, and they are so welcoming that I never feel like I need to go anywhere else. who ever in in charge of hiring is absolutely killing it. every employee is deserving awards. keep up the good work.
