Walked in and was greeted by the host and lead to a table by a guy who later identified himself as the owner. He was a very nice guy and was clearly very proud of his establishment. The atmosphere was nice with blues music playing in the background. He took our orders and was very attentive while doing so and we didn't feel rushed through the process. He answered questions and made suggestions based off the small talk we had. The food came out in a the time it takes to make real food. Not too long of a wait. We originally ordered the chicken and waffles and the chicken breakfast. I ended up having to switching out the chicken and waffles for chicken fried steak because the waffle machine was on the fritz. This must have confused the kitchen. I ended up with chicken fried chicken and we received scrabble eggs instead of the hard boil eggs that were ordered. It was never corrected after bringing it to the attention of the staff. Had breakfast at 9am on a Tuesday. The dining room was mostly empty so we were seated right away. Staff is very nice and friendly. Our food took a little time to come out as would be expected if it was cooked as ordered but still reasonable timing. We had over easy eggs and bacon sausage hash browns and a pancake. All was done perfectly and very tasty. Coffee was good. The decor has a nice upscale local feel. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely return.

What a gem, excellent experience. Staff was great, friendly, and knowledgeable of menu and food. The food was awesome. Wings were top tier????????, shrimp n grits w/bacon ????. My wife had ribs and brisket combo ???? my daughter had Biscuits n gravy ????????. I had STELLAaaa's couldn't have been a better brunch, recommended ps. The gumbo ✋???????????? Vegetarian options: Yes, they have options. Parking: Strip mall plenty of space. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
