Denny's

when we first ordered our drinks the lady said the had no ice because the food truck didn’t come in yet .. Didn’t know ice came on a food truck but okay . Then we wanted to order the sampler. They didn’t have half of the things in it so we couldn’t order it. Then we try to order the chicken tenders. They also didn’t have them . So we ended up ordering mozzarella sticks a half a nacho and boneless buffalo chicken bites . The buffalo chicken was expired and you can taste as soon as you bit into it . The nachos with our sour cream was expired. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked. The waitress had absolutely no excuses other than telling us she didn’t know what she would like us to do . highly disappointing all around the restaurant was dirty the table and they said it was dirty. They had a random homeless people coming in trying to get ice. Horrible place to go highly do not recommend. Never again will I go to the Hartford Denny’Never again will I go to the Hartford Denny’s !

24hr that's what great. 3 people run this place the manager, the cook, and the waitress late. At the time, inventory of the menu is lacking. The best order was the pot roast but missing the bread and mushrooms. The burger was replace with sandwich bread. The steak look nothing like the menu steak and I'm missing the bread. I did not tip cuz the overall dining in experience wasn't great or convience for the amount of stuff you'll get compared to a different hour and other Denny's. You'll still be charge the full amount even if you didn't get all your items that suppose to be part of your order. I'll do a charge back if you can't dispute with the Marchant over the phone for a smaller price. I can't speak for online order at the hour when inventory was lacking.
