Today was Denny's brunch day. My daughter and I had breakfast, I had the grand slam, and what a great day it makes when not only was the food good, but the service was fantastic! Jay, our server, was attentive, friendly, and funny :-). Although the kitchen messed up my eggs :/ ... Jay made sure it was correct the next time...Thanks, Jay, for providing excellent customer service. :)
Dennys #8173 let us so down after hiring that so called manager Maggie and that so called waitress of hers, we do miss Mr Jose, hes the best over there. We had to switch to u guys and let me tell u, its been great! We came when it was super busy, so waiting for a seat was a given...but our food was great, service was great, and no attitudes! Our waitress was great! See u guys soon!
We visited this location for dinner. I ordered from the value menu the following items for myself: the single chicken fried steak with two sides, a side salad without croutons & no cheese. Instead I received the two piece chicken fried steak and the side salad with croutons and cheese. Our server removed the cheese and croutons per my request. My daughter asked for a side of ranch dressing to go with her fries that were included with the cheeseburger. I reminded our server and she still forgot. When the manager was clearing a table nearby I requested a side of ranch dressing and a glass of water for my daughter. I never mentioned that we didn't receive what we originally ordered. I was a little disappointed with our service. I still gave a tip anyway, only less than the minimum. I hope service improves the next time I visit for dinner.
