Taco Bell

Poor service. Had an online order and pulled up to the speaker. Cashier said, "Hello" as if I was just some random person on the phone. I said " I have an online order for Micheal". He relied back "Just pull up to the window". Wow. No greeting, no effort. So I pull up to the window and I could hear the music blasting in the kitchen. And not once did the cashier open up the window or say to me that my food was being prepped and should be right out. He stood with his back to the window the whole time singing some rap song. As I sat in my car waiting for my food, it took about 5 minutes for me to get it. As the cashier was getting my food, he just opened up the drive thru window and handed me the bag, closed up the window and headed back into the kitchen. I didn't even get asked if I wanted napkins or sauce. And I wasn't able to call him back since the music was blasting and he was out of sight. Never will I eat at a Taco Bell restaurant again. The service is lousy. ????????

I live less than 5 minutes away. Decided to go through the drive through and order. By the time I got home my "crunchy" tacos were so soggy on the bottom of the taco I believe they gave me tacos that were sitting there already. It was disgusting.

I went to this Tacobell after work a little before 6. They did not answer the drivethur. I assumed they were probably doing a shift change so in waited in the front where I saw the workers standing around. I waited until 6:05 before going to the drive thur again and there was still no response even after I clearly saw the workers in the window.
