This place was horrible. Took 15 minutes to get ice water. The waitress which I could not get her name as she was yapping and running around as if she was high on something. I asked her twice we were ready to order after 20 minutes passed and she complained she had ALL these customers. The third time was half hour passed I told her we needed to order. She then telling me on how many customers she had. Bla Bla Bla. For the amount of time she talked to complain she could’ve taken our order and I told her to stop talking back to me and just take the order then she said she would call another waitress. I said fine but that never happened after no more than five minutes we walked out. We are very patient but the service was ridiculous and I truly believe the waitress was high on something. While waiting, a couple of times I saw her talking to herself. I love Dennys but will never be back. I notice at other Dennys there seems to be longer wait times on getting served. Service was great and food was good, Savannah was friendly and great with our many refills haha MANAGEMENT: The structure of your payment system is ridiculous. I should get my bill, give my card, then get my final receipt for signing and adding tip. This mess of giving a bill, writing in the tip and total, then giving your card, then receiving the final receipt is convoluted and inefficient. It’s embarrassing for the customer and server & this process is completely unlike any restaurant I’ve ever been to.
