4 times. every time through grubhub, however the orders are not followed through on so that's on Deli and Brew. 1st time- called to see if the roast beef was MR and was told it was... it was not. It was well done and smelled funky. Asked for a side of oil... no oil. second time, no oil AGAIN. Third time, no oil. I even called all times just to CONFIRM that my order was read correctly and all times, the female confirmed. This last time which will be the last time, our boneless wings were floating in mild sauce. It was disgusting. The sauce leaked out all of the bags and onto the other food. I called once again and they took the wings off because quite frankly they needed life preservers.... no napkins, no blue cheese. The counter worker who answered the phone stated "the owner says we are not allowed to give out napkins and utensils". well alrighty then... I know this review wont leave a dent in their overall customer base but I can definitely confirm they lost 4 customers from this
Subs and salads are awesome, chicken Parm pizza and the fresh mozz basil pizza are amazing.
Ordered online and my sub was ready to pick up on time and was prepared as I requested. That’s about where the good news ends. The bread for my Turkey sun was stale as can be and the quality of ingredients was just meh. I took about 2 bites and threw the rest in the trash. Was disappointed as I read this was supposed to be one of the best sandwich shops in the capital region. Won’t be going back.
