Deli 365 Woodlawn

My first time at this establishment, Food was good , great menu options and good portions. prices are good . The young man who took my order Was professional, welcoming and informative. I will return.

Called to place an order when they opened was told they were opening at 12:15 which was fine, so I waited. Called at 12:15 like instructed and was placed on hold for 15 minutes then the call disconnected. Tried to call back multiple times and received a busy signal. Decided to make the 20 minute drive to place the order in person which was fine as well. When i arrived i stood and waited at the register until the two men working up front finally decided to acknowledge me standing there after talking to each other. When I started to FINALLY place my order I was told they aren’t serving breakfast today which is specifically what I came for. This unfortunately is the second time I’ve had an experience like this here. I’m sure the food here is great but between the poor customer service and lack of professionalism I will never find out.

Please do not order through Grubhub when patronizing this restaurant. My order was cancelled when I arrived. Also, please be patient with the process. There is usually a wait. However, the food is good, especially for the prices.
