It doesn't matter if I order online or go through the drive-thru or walk in, dislocation is extremely slow, they mess up on every order, I was through the drive-thru for about 15 minutes before we even moved one car length, longest I've sat in line at the drive up was about 45 minutes. I ordered online today and said it would be ready in 5 minutes got there 10 minutes later and sat there for 25 minutes before I got my food.
There are a lot of problems with this location. And it seems they can never keep the same staff for more than a month or 2. Every time I've ordered they either miss an item; gave me the completely wrong order (they literally mixed up my soft taco order to a hard shell taco); gave me SOMEONE ELSE'S order, all while I wait 20-40 minutes in line. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS IT'S A DIFFERENT STORE.
I was behind Jose in line and he did not wait 45 minutes he waited about 15-20 tops. He honked his horn multiple times and even revved his engine and yelled at the kid working the window. Lobby was packed and the small team was keeping up best they could. Overall great experience minus Jose ruining it for me.
