Ordered a bean & cheese burrito no sauce extra cheese and a large fry. The below picture was the fries right out of the bag 1/2 full. I paid for a large got a small. Burrito had red sauce. Went back through and they told me I had to pay again which I didn't. The food here is lousy but we keep trying cause they're closest to home. Most of the time anymore we just drive to Arlington/ Streeter. Food there is mouth watering good.
Fries were cold. Ordered burritos with lettuce, tomato & onion added. Charged me $1.40 per burrito for the extras. One burrito had exactly 2 strands of lettuce, a decent amount of tomatoes & no onions. Second burrito had NO tomatoes, NO lettuce & a few pieces of onion. I am VERY disappointed!!
I ordered a chipotle ranch roller and felt something hard I couldn’t chew and it’s a black plastic piece of trash. I feel so disgusted now and this is why I trust Taco Bell more…
