Del Taco

Just another gross Del Taco. Del Tacos have always, up until a couple years ago, been our favorite fast food establishment. But the last 5 or so I've ate at, all in different places have been terrible. Quality of food has gone down hill, burritos have gotten smaller even though the prices are higher. Last one I'll eat at, they're off my list, like most fast food. All unhealthy and gross.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but I didn’t have an option for negative stars. Service is always poor and staff has attitudes. Place you’re order pull up and pay then you are directed to park in the Discount Tire parking lot so their times seem better to corporate, once you get you’re order it’s mediocre at best but my dogs seem to like the plain chicken. Don’t waste you’re time calling the 1-800 number to complain because they will just make the person you had an issue with the Manager.

Can't get an order right to save their life. Ordered 2 burritos no sauce and 2 of the del tacos. Got my order and it was 5 burritos. All with sauce. Lady at the register didn't give me receipt and wouldn't accept the fact that I told her it was the wrong order. Had to go in and ask to speak with the gm of the store just to get my correct order.
