Del Taco

I get that fast food is labor intensive and customers are rude, BUT after giving this place more than enough chances I am leaving a sad review. We went when there was no line, drive thru was quick to place order but took 30 mins to get food after we were parked. On top of that the del tacos had stuffing of value taco and burritos had about 1 tablespoon of watery beans and red sauce in a giant tortilla. We hoped our churros would make up for pathetic meals, BUT those were rock hard with little sugary cinnamon. There were 3 ppl working but only the older white man with glasses was doing anything, the 2 young ppl were on phone (with gloves on), leaning on front counter. I know it's not fun work, I couldn't do it, but if you have to work there at least be a team player. We have been going there since they first opened, recently it has just gone to the toilet...which is where you will end up because temp of food is cold and quality questionable.

Horrible customer service experience! I waited 10 minutes to get my order taken in the drive through. When I was never acknowledged I drove to the window. The agent informed me that his Mike ran out of batteries and I now need to take myself back around to the back of line! When I asked him why I should have to go to the back of the line he said because he is not taking my order from the window. I reminded him that I waited there for over 10 minutes he said yes I know my Mike was dead I had to replace the batteries! The stated that even if he wanted to take my order he wouldn't be able to during the "dinner rush"! when I arrived there was 1 other car in front of me. At the time there were 2 other cars in the line. I tried going inside however he came over and informed the trainee that I couldn't get a chicken with the crunchy taco shell. I am not sure why this team lead targeted me but at that point I just left. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was to please my Son.
